Hi, I'm Kier. I help remote teams keep tasks organized, maintain quality, and move work forward—so you can focus on what comes next.
Practical help for the everyday work that keeps a team moving.
Keep assignments, instructions, and follow-ups organized across remote workflows.
A careful second look to catch errors and keep work aligned with project requirements.
Hands-on CRM support to organize leads, track opportunities, and keep follow-up actions clear.
I'm Kier John Badong, a Philippines-based remote professional. Since 2020, I've worked across task review, quality assurance, data annotation, and administrative support.
My work has taught me to follow guidelines closely, explain feedback clearly, and keep track of the next step. I bring that experience to virtual assistance and GoHighLevel CRM support, helping keep contacts, pipelines, and follow-up tasks organized.

Illustrative examples of organization and quality review—not client case studies.
A simple example of keeping contact context and follow-up actions together.
My experience: setting up CRM pipelines and sub-accounts, maintaining contact notes, and creating follow-up tasks.
The intended workflow: capture context → record the next action → track completion. The board above is a visual concept, not a live GHL screenshot or completed client automation.
A review approach informed by my experience with LiDAR annotation and task feedback.
My role: review work against current project requirements, identify inconsistencies, and explain what needs attention.
My approach: check labels and dimensions, review keyframes and interpolation, and avoid unnecessary changes to valid annotations. This sample contains no client data or confidential screenshots.
Actual project screenshots and additional GHL samples can be added as they become available.
